It's a new brand, but it’s built on everything Ashley & Martin stands for: real people, real results, and care that goes deeper than a product. Long-term, this brand allows us to support more areas of health and confidence while still offering the same level of trust and expertise.

That’s the plan. While we’re starting with weight loss, My Turning Point was created with a bigger picture in mind. In the future, we may expand into other areas our patients care about. Our goal is to be the brand people turn to when they’re ready to feel better and live well, not just in one area, but in multiple ways that matters.

Yes, you will start your journey at an Ashley & Martin clinic. This gives us the opportunity to assess your individual needs in person, and answer any questions you might have.

The two programs are separate. Your hair treatment will continue as usual, and My Turning Point will be managed alongside it, with a different process, however our doctors will have a conversation around making sure the two services don’t conflict with each other.

How it Works.

You’ll start with a free consultation to see if the program is right for you. If you're eligible, you’ll meet with a doctor who can prescribe a treatment plan. We offer support tools, check-ins, and guidance throughout, so you're never on your own.

Whenever possible, we’ll see you in person at one of our clinics, especially for your first few appointments. But we will also be checking in via the phone, and we are able to offer telehealth for those unable to attend in person.

This program is designed for people who meet certain weight and medical criteria. You’ll complete a quick digital pre-screening form so we can determine your suitability before proceeding with a doctor's visit.

Yes, if you're eligible, your doctor will prescribe a treatment plan that includes medication. You'll receive ongoing support and regular check-ins to monitor how you're going.

During your initial doctor appointment, we’ll talk you through the more common side effects, what to look out for, and what steps to take to help. We also check in regularly to see how you're going - and if anything does come up, we’re only a phone call away. If needed, we can always get you back in to see the doctor.

Yes. As part of your journey, you’ll also have access to exclusive perks like discounts on gym memberships, prepared meal services, and helpful tools and resources to support your progress.
Shipping.

Once your doctor confirms you're suitable and writes your prescription, your medication will usually be shipped the same, or next business day. Delivery times vary depending on your location but will typically within 24 hours of dispatch.

We use discreet packaging with no branding or program information on the outside. It is sent via express courier in a cooler box with ice. You’ll receive tracking information directly to your email so you’ll know exactly when it’s on its way.

If you’re not home, the package will be left unattended in a safe place. This is because collection facilities do not have the resources for cold storage, and we don’t want your medication sitting there for multiple days.
